Candidate Terms

1. What we do for you

HyrEzy is a recruitment agency. We match candidates with roles at the companies we hire for ("clients"), evaluate candidates for those roles, and introduce suitable candidates to the client.

We never charge candidates for being considered, applying, being assessed or being placed.

2. Sharing your profile

We share your profile, our evaluation and your answers to our screening questions with a client only for a role you have agreed to be considered for. The client may use them only to assess you for that role.

Replying to take a role forward, or applying for it, counts as agreeing to be considered for that role.

3. How we evaluate candidates

We score your CV and profile against the role using AI-assisted tools, and a recruiter speaks to you before your profile is shared. Decisions are never made by automated processing alone, and the hiring decision is always the client's.

4. Assessments

For some roles the client asks for one further assessment: an AI video interview, a skills test or a coding test. We also may carry out an independent review of your CV. You are told before you start what is recorded and who will see it.

Your answers, recordings, transcripts and scores are shared only with the hiring company for that role. Recordings are kept for about 30 days by our assessment provider; scores and transcripts stay with your application.

Taking part is your choice. If you decline, your application continues and the client decides whether to meet you.

Complete assessments yourself, without help from another person and without misrepresenting who you are. Integrity checks may be shared with the client.

5. Your information

Keep the information you give us accurate and up to date, including your CV, current and expected pay, notice period and availability. Tell us if anything changes.

Do not share confidential information belonging to a current or former employer with us or with a client.

6. No guarantee of a job

Being contacted, shortlisted or assessed does not guarantee an interview, an offer or employment. Offers, pay and employment terms are between you and the hiring company.

7. Withdrawing

You can withdraw from a role, or ask us to stop contacting you or to delete your data, at any time by writing to [email protected]. Each outreach email also carries an unsubscribe link.
